As we continue our journey of being a Competency-Based School, by June 2019 KES teachers will continue to develop learner-centered classrooms and a commitment to the personalization for students by demonstrating a shift in their pedagogical approaches, relationships with students, and/or learning culture of their classrooms. This will be evidenced by the Kettle Moraine "Look Fors" or other student agency indicators.
