KES Morning Walking Club

Come one come all…
Join in for exercise and camaraderie….

We meet two mornings a week in the fall and spring.  Our goal is to wake up the right way and get our bodies and brains ready for a great day of learning.

Who:  Any KES student or KES family member who will stay dedicated to a morning walk/jog…. (No quitting because you want to sleep in!)

Where:
KES walking track in the back field.

When: Monday and Wednesday mornings until October 31st.

Make sure you are dressed appropriately; wear the correct shoes to walk in.  We will walk in all weather except rain.  Club will be cancelled on rainy mornings.  Club will be suspended until spring once the weather gets cold.

Walkers will keep track of their mileage and be awarded for reaching the 10, 25, 26.5, 50, 75 and 100 mile distances.
