KES uses one permission form, filled out at the beginning of each school year, to address the following items:

Acknowledgement of Family Handbook
Use of Student Photos in Area Newspapers
Videotaping of Student during School Activities
Submission of Student Articles to Area Newspapers
Supervised Walks to Various Locations in Kensington
Riding Bicycle to/from School
Student Contact Info to be Published in School Directory
