  Kensington Board Goals for 2012 - 2013

The Board will work closely with the Superintendent's Office to examine the transition of fifth grade students to CMS and how those students perform on the 6th grade NECAP test.

The Board will work to ensure that all of the accommodations necessary to comply with the State's new bullying law are fully complied with.

The Board will continue to explore/study and implement ways to conserve more energy and increase efficiency at KES

The Board will work to improve upon three key areas of the Strategic Plan:

1. Curriculum- focus on assessment strategies, compare to Cooperative Middle School,

2. Community- examine possible ways to increase community use of KES, for example offering adult classes,

3. Communication- explores ways to enhance.
